By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on the syukur66 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the syukur66 platform.
Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- "syukur66", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to syukur66.org and the entity operating the syukur66 gaming platform.
- "Player", "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the syukur66 platform.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on syukur66.org.
- "Wallet" refers to the MYR-denominated account balance maintained within a Player's syukur66 Account.
- "Games" means all gaming products available on the syukur66 platform including slots, live casino, sportsbook, and bingo.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by syukur66 to Players subject to specific terms.
- "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which syukur66 Wallets operate.
- "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-controlled account settings designed to assist with gambling limit management, including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
Acceptance of Terms
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and syukur66. By accessing the syukur66 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all activities conducted on the syukur66 platform, including but not limited to browsing, account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, and participation in promotional offers.
2.3 syukur66 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not accept amended terms must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
Eligibility
The syukur66 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, make deposits, or participate in any gaming activity on syukur66. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain a syukur66 Account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- You are at least 21 years of age;
- You are a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system;
- You have not previously been self-excluded from syukur66 or any affiliated platform;
- You are acting as principal on your own behalf and not as agent for any third party;
- You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
- You have not been identified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) without prior disclosure to syukur66.
3.2 syukur66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
3.3 syukur66 operates primarily for and markets exclusively to Malaysian residents. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local laws in their jurisdiction of residence.
Account Registration
4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the syukur66 platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. syukur66 may at any time require additional verification documents, including but not limited to a MyKad, passport, or proof of address.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. syukur66 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to syukur66 support immediately.
4.4 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your syukur66 Account or the funds within it to any third party.
4.5 syukur66 may refuse Account registration or close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or where information provided is found to be false or misleading.
Deposits & Payments
5.1 All deposits to your syukur66 Wallet must be made through the payment methods made available on the platform, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, and FPX bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other participating banks.
5.2 All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). syukur66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency received will either be rejected or converted at a rate determined by syukur66, which may differ from prevailing market rates.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. syukur66 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual Accounts.
5.4 Deposits made through fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments, or in breach of any third-party payment service terms will be reversed immediately. The associated Account will be suspended and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.
5.5 syukur66 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
Withdrawals
6.1 Players may request withdrawal of verified Account balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and the current minimum withdrawal amount displayed on the withdrawals page.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the Account, or to a payment instrument verified as belonging to the Account holder. syukur66 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
6.3 syukur66 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawals page. Actual transfer times depend on the payment method and financial institution involved and may vary.
6.4 syukur66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is placed under review.
6.5 Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as set out in the relevant promotional terms before they become eligible for withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 syukur66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for each offer.
7.3 syukur66 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already commenced wagering in satisfaction of the bonus conditions.
7.4 The following constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:
- Claiming the same welcome bonus through multiple Accounts;
- Coordinating bets with other Players to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk;
- Using automated software or bots to fulfil wagering requirements;
- Any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.
7.5 syukur66 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or reclaim bonus amounts where, in its sole judgement, a promotional offer has been misused.
Game Rules & Conduct
8.1 All Games available on syukur66 are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
8.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error, any affected bets will be considered void and the applicable stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet. syukur66 will not honour payouts resulting from malfunctions or errors in displayed odds, paytables, or game outcomes.
8.3 syukur66 reserves the right to void, cancel, or reverse any bet that was placed or settled in error, including as a result of a software bug, incorrect pricing, or system glitch. Players will be notified of any such action.
8.4 All Games utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable, with game integrity verified by independent third-party testing agencies. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers streamed from certified studio facilities.
Prohibited Activities
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the syukur66 platform. Violation of any prohibition in this Section will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets;
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities;
- Registering or operating more than one Account;
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
- Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of crime;
- Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party without explicit authorisation from syukur66;
- Any activity that, in syukur66's reasonable judgement, constitutes fraud, dishonesty, or an attempt to defraud the platform or other Players.
Responsible Gaming
10.1 syukur66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to protect vulnerable players. The platform provides a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling behaviour.
10.2 Players may, at any time from within their Account settings, set the following limits and controls:
- Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount that may be deposited;
- Session Time Reminders — alerts triggered after a defined period of continuous play;
- Cooling-Off Periods — temporary restriction of Account access for a defined duration;
- Self-Exclusion — permanent or extended suspension of Account access at the Player's request.
10.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the Player being unable to log in or deposit for the exclusion period. syukur66 will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure excluded Players do not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period.
10.4 syukur66 will not knowingly permit any person who has self-excluded to re-open an Account during the exclusion period. Any such Account found to have been opened in contravention of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balances returned to the Player.

Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on the syukur66 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of syukur66 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting any content on the syukur66 platform.
11.3 The syukur66 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, syukur66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
12.2 syukur66 does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously or free of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions. syukur66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from service outages beyond its reasonable control.
12.3 syukur66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Account Suspension & Closure
13.1 syukur66 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where:
- The Account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- syukur66 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority;
- Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is suspected;
- Identity verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe;
- The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
13.2 On closure of an Account for cause (breach of Terms), any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach, at syukur66's sole discretion.
13.3 Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting syukur66 support. Verified balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following Account closure.
Privacy
14.1 syukur66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.
14.2 By registering an Account, you consent to syukur66 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and where separately consented to, direct marketing communications.
Amendments to Terms
15.1 syukur66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless the change is required by law or regulatory authority, in which case it may take effect immediately.
15.2 The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at syukur66.org/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law & Disputes
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which syukur66 is licensed to operate.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and syukur66, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through syukur66's internal dispute resolution process. Players should contact syukur66 support via live chat and provide full written details of the dispute. syukur66 will respond within five (5) business days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the applicable licensing authority's player dispute resolution mechanism. syukur66 will participate constructively in any such formal process.
